AI Program Lead
A hands-on leadership role responsible for developing and supporting MYCC’s AI programs. The AI Program Lead helps guide club AI initiatives from idea to implementation — while mentoring students exploring technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
🔹 AI Project Leadership: Plan, manage, and support AI-driven club projects; help set timelines, guide technical direction, and ensure projects are practical and meaningful for student participants.
🔹 Mentor student teams working on AI-related ideas; support ideation, pitch preparation, and presentation skills for competitions and showcases.
REQUIREMENTS (Not All Required)
- Experience working on AI or technology projects
- Familiar with AI tools or APIs; able to explain concepts clearly
- Interest or experience in mentoring students or small teams
- Strong organization and communication skills
Operations Manager
A hands-on role responsible for supporting MYCC’s day-to-day operations. The Operations Manager helps keep systems, communication, and workflows organized — using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
🔹 AI-Supported Process Automation: Identify and apply AI or automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
🔹 Operations & Coordination: Support scheduling, communication, and program logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
🔹 Compliance & Record Support: Help maintain organized records for reporting and basic nonprofit compliance; assist leadership with administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS (Not All Required)
- Interest or experience in operations, organization, or administration
- Familiar with productivity tools and basic AI/automation tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Clear communicator, able to work with different teams
Work with young entrepreneurs as they develop startup ideas, build basic business models, and refine their pitch presentations. Support students in storytelling, slide design, and building confidence in public speaking.
Youth Startup & Pitch Presentation Coach
🔹 Startup Ideation & Business Development: Guide students from early ideas to structured concepts; introduce simple frameworks for understanding market needs, value propositions, and go-to-market basics.
🔹 Pitch Coaching & Presentation Skills: Help students present clearly and confidently — including deck structure, storytelling, delivery, and handling Q&A.
REQUIREMENTS (Not All Required)
- Interest or experience in entrepreneurship, business, or communication
- Familiar with presentations or willing to learn basic pitch frameworks
- Able to give supportive and encouraging feedback to students
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with youth
- Experience from professional work, volunteering, or personal projects is welcome
