AI Program Director

A leadership role responsible for defining and advancing MYCC's artificial intelligence programming. The AI Program Director oversees club AI initiatives from concept through delivery — while serving as a hands-on mentor for youth participants exploring technology innovation and entrepreneurship.

🔹 AI Project Leadership: Scope, manage, and deliver AI-driven club projects; guide timelines, establish technical standards, and ensure outcomes are accessible and meaningful for student audiences.

🔹 Youth Innovation Mentorship: Coach student teams developing AI-integrated startup concepts; guide ideation, pitch preparation, and presentation delivery for competitions and community showcases.

🔹 Curriculum & Resource Development: Design hands-on AI learning resources, project templates, and demos that empower K–12 members to engage with emerging technology confidently and responsibly.

REQUIREMENTS (Not All Required)

  • Demonstrated experience leading technology or AI projects from inception to completion
  • Proficiency with AI platforms or APIs, with the ability to communicate concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Prior mentorship or instructional experience with youth or early-stage teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills

Director of Development & Institutional Funding

A strategic growth role responsible for securing and expanding the financial foundation of MYCC. The Director of Development identifies funding opportunities, authors grant applications, and cultivates donor relationships — directly enabling the club to sustain its programs and extend its reach to more students across the region.

🔹 Grant Research & Application: Identify applicable local, state, federal, and private foundation grant opportunities; author compelling proposals and manage submission timelines.

🔹 Fundraising Strategy & Campaigns: Design and execute fundraising initiatives.

🔹 Program Scope & Impact Development: Collaborate with club leadership to articulate MYCC's program scope, measurable outcomes, and community impact in formats suitable for funders, partners, and public stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS (Not All Required)

  • Experience writing successful grant applications or funding proposals for nonprofit or educational organizations
  • Working knowledge of fundraising principles, donor cultivation, and campaign management
  • Excellent written communication
  • Familiarity with grant databases (Candid/GuideStar, Grants.gov) and donor management tools

Technical Operations Officer or Manager

A critical organizational role responsible for the efficient administration of MYCC's day-to-day operations. The Director of Club Operations ensures that internal systems, communications, and workflows run smoothly — leveraging AI and automation tools to reduce overhead and amplify the club's capacity to serve its members.

🔹 Organizational Administration

🔹 AI-Powered Process Automation: Identify and implement AI tools to streamline club workflows — automated communications, reporting dashboards, scheduling assistants, and document management — increasing organizational efficiency and capacity.

🔹 Compliance & Governance Support: Maintain accurate records for board reporting and 501(c)(3) compliance; support leadership in upholding MYCC's nonprofit governance standards and filing requirements.

REQUIREMENTS (Not All Required)

  • Background in nonprofit administration, operations management, or organizational leadership
  • Familiarity with productivity and AI automation tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communicator experienced working across teams and reporting to executive leadership
